Cancellation Policy
Surf Lesson Booking Policy Thank you for choosing us for your surf experience! Please review the following booking policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable time on the water. Lesson Timing Lessons typically begin between 9:00 AM and 9:30 AM, depending on the day's tide and water conditions, which can vary. You will be contacted the evening before your lesson with the exact start time. Booking & Deposit A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson. The remaining balance is due on the day of the lesson. Group Size Lessons are held in small groups of up to 10 people to ensure personalized attention and a fun group atmosphere. Equipment All equipment is included in your lesson: surfboard, wetsuit, and rash vest. Just bring swimwear, a towel, water, and sunscreen—leave the rest to us! Rescheduling & Cancellations You may reschedule your lesson up to 24 hours in advance without penalty, subject to availability. Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. No-shows or cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson time may forfeit the deposit. Wave & Weather Conditions Surf conditions are unpredictable, and your safety is our top priority. If there are no surfable waves or conditions are unsafe, we will reschedule your lesson for another available time that suits you. If you're unable to reschedule, your deposit will be fully refunded—no questions asked. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility. Our goal is to get you surfing safely and stoked!
